Pass My Citizenship is operated by DataPig LLC. Written study pages are public. A free account opens the first course modules. Clerk manages accounts and sign-in for the study app. Stripe processes the one-time course purchase; our application does not collect card numbers.
If you clear browser data, switch devices, or use another browser profile, your local progress may reset.
Study progress, your chosen test version, and quiz practice are stored in your browser. With an account, we also keep account-linked records in private storage (Vercel Blob): your course purchase and refund status, your AI token balance and top-ups, the answers saved while a full interview is in progress, and your AI review requests and results for module, English and full interviews. These records are kept while your account exists; email support to have them deleted. We do not ask for your N-400 receipt date. Clearing browser data may reset your local progress.
We record page visits and actions such as trying a question, viewing an offer, creating an account, and starting checkout. These records use a random browser identifier and source labels such as organic search or YouTube. They do not include your practice answers, email, or card details. The identifier and source may also be saved with your account and purchase to understand how people find the app. Hosting and analytics are provided through Vercel. Funnel records, your advertising-measurement choice (keyed by the random browser identifier) and purchase conversions waiting to be reported are stored in Upstash Redis.
If you choose to allow advertising measurement, the ChatGPT ads pixel may receive page, offer, and checkout events. After a confirmed purchase, our server may send the purchase amount and currency with opaque ad references to the same provider. We do not send your study answers, email, or card details for advertising. You can turn this off using Measurement settings on this site; the pixel is not loaded before you opt in.
The first public question uses a fixed-answer check. Clear answers are checked on our side without AI. When an answer needs judgment, the AI review sends the practice question, the accepted answers and your answer text to OpenAI. This applies to module interview reviews, full-interview reviews, and English reading and writing reviews (the text of what you read or wrote). Microphone practice uses your browser’s speech recognition, which may use the browser provider’s services. Avoid including personal or application details in practice answers. Support requests are drafted in your email app, or copied for you to paste. We receive the message and reply address only when you send the email. The app does not send support messages for you.
